- Accountability Report to Sheri. Treat this Report just like an appointment; make a note on your calendar to send it to Sheri on the alternate weeks between sessions. Send it on the same day and time as your usual session. This is a powerful tool designed to maintain accountability with yourself and Sheri while strengthening your focus and confidence in having permanent weight loss.
- Blank Diet Check Record. Your personal Food Log; used for monitory your progress with Sheri, increasing your awareness of which exact food combinations work best/least for you to lose weight naturally, while balancing and revitalizing your metabolism.
- Chart-When to Eat. This Chart is much like a gasoline gage. It shows you a scale from (0) Empty, to (10) Stuffed Sick, and all the levels in between.
